Ingredients: Pear

Pear is a good source of vitamin C and folic acid. Apart from boosting babies’ immune system, it will also prevent anaemia. Pear is also a good source of fibre and therefore good for colon health and to combat constipation. Pear is a hypoallergenic fruit that is less likely than other fruits to produce an adverse response and therefore a good starter food for baby. Who will resist a little pureed pear ‘dessert’!
